How It Works

A soft application or 'Bite Regsistration Tray' is placed around the teeth the whitening agent Carbamide Peroxide is added to the tray. The Bite tray's composition is 'Elvax', a widely used Du-Pont product and the whitening agent has a 'photoinitiator' added to it. When the light source is applied to the photoinitiator the magic begins. A chemical reaction caused by the photoinitiator causes the protons to spin at an accelorated rate thus creating a faster whitening effect in a shorter space of time. So in just as little as 15 minutes you can have that perfect white smile, that will give you confidence and a healthier appearence.

Is It Safe?

Tooth whitening is the number one patient-requested cosmetic procedure in dentistry today. Since its introduction, millions of patients have undergone some form of tooth bleaching. There have been numerous studies over the years showing that hydrogen peroxide and carbamide peroxide based tooth whitening systems are safe and effective. If today's hydrogen peroxide based teeth whitening systems were proven unsafe in any way, the multi-billion dollar industry as we know it would not exist.

How Long Do Results Last?

Individual results will vary depending on the consumer's habits and their unique dental make-up, but it is safe to say that the initial results will last the average consumer up to one year.
